Organization Assessment, Session #1
The entire meeting was devoted to Organizational Assessment. Our facilitator was Suzanne Wade, UWEX Rock River Basin Educator. The meeting was devoted to identifying areas within the organization that need improvement. We used a Community Assessment tool to identify these areas.
