Program Notes from June 28, 2005 Meeting of LKWA

Organization Assessment, Session #2

The entire meeting was devoted to Organizational Assessment. Our facilitator was Suzanne Wade, UWEX Rock River Basin Educator. The meeting was devoted to prioritizing areas within the organization that need improvement. We used a voting system to rank items as high, medium or low.

A top priority is to work on long and short-term goals. After surveying the membership, the board will set goals and then bring them back to the membership for approval.
